On April 6th, the 18th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology was held. Professor Zou Xiaobo won the Outstanding Contribution Award, while Professor Xiao Xiang won the Outstanding Youth Award at this meeting.
Professor Zou Xiaobo has been engaged in the research of non-destructive detection of food and agricultural products for over 20 years, focusing on the development and use of novel technologies and equipment for intelligent detection of food and agricultural product quality and safety. Professor Xiao Xiang carried out systematic research on the functional improvement of raw materials such as fruits, vegetables and grains, and has achieved a number of key technological breakthroughs. The research results have been applied in a number of large-scale enterprises.
