Introduction to Seamus Higgins
Dr. Seamus Higgins leads the development and marketing of a new MSc programme in food process engineering in the department of Chemical & Environmental Engineering, University of Nottingham.He has extensive project management, process management and new product development expertise acquired through a global career spanning more than 30 years in the food manufacturing industry. He has also worked and consulted for several leading global food companies, as well as entrepreneurs and new company start-ups.
