Introduction to Dr. Wei G. Hanse:
Dr. Wei G. Hanse has many years of Analytical R&D department managerial experiences and International company technical laboratories coordination and management experiences. She is a senior research scientist of Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) of UK. Her personal Research field is in applications of Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) and Chemometrics. She is an active member of the world NIR society since 1992. Many publications covered the field from NIR applications, all sorts of different modern analytical technologies and R&D laboratories management. She used to be a member of the International Analytical Laboratory Managers Association (ALMA), with publications of scientists & laboratory management. Additionally, she is a member of the organisation committee of the First ALMA Conference of Europe in 2000, organized and edited all the presentations of this conference.
