【研究領域】

緻力于食品及環境中小分子污染物的風險形成規律、源頭安全生産與過程管控技術研究;緻力于食品安全檢測新技術的研究,包括基于抗體、蛋白、适配體、多肽等方法的研究;已開展農藥、緻病源微生物、毒素、重金屬等基因工程抗體、核酸适配體、多肽的研究。
